Alberta wetland inventory science workshop proceedings

An updated, high resolution, Alberta-wide wetland inventory has been identified as a key need to support wetland management decision-making, monitoring, and broader implementation of Alberta’s Wetland Policy. The intent of this virtual workshop was to gather information on new wetland mapping science that will help inform a strategy for developing an updated Alberta wetland inventory. This workshop showcased innovative methods applied in Alberta and presented recent projects in other North American jurisdictions.
